Burke House is situated on a ridge 100 feet above sea level.
Surrounded by large shade trees it has great views of both
sides of Bequia. It is situated right above the beautiful
Moonhole beach. The house is circled in the images below.

The house is eco-friendly with solar electricity (110v)
and hot water. It is built of local stone and hardwoods
in harmony with nature.

On one side of the building dramatic cliffs drop down to
the Caribbean ocean and one of the best dive sites in the
islands. Here you can swing in a hammock and watch the yachts
sail by with the island of St. Vincent in the distance.

On the other side of the building , directly off the lounge,
there is a large tiled patio overlooking the Grenadine Islands
to the East and South. To one shady side you will find another
hammock ideal for reading, relaxing and enjoying the views.
